Maria Bover and Margarita Alba obtain their first victory
The new team María Bover (RCNP) and Margarita Alba (CMSAP) obtained their first victory in the 51 Trofeo Gran Día de la Vela Bufete Frau, organized by the Club Náutic de S'Arenal. This has been the first success as a team, after two wins and a second place on the last day of competition.
María Bóver, the skipper, and national champion and bronze medal of the Opti world and her crew, Margarita Alba, (second at the 420 Europeans with Paula Barcelo) have a promising future as states, Manu Fraga, sports director of the RCNP, as they are very serious athletes with quite a lot of experience at this stage".
Other remarkable results obtained by the RCNP during the Gran Día de la Vela was the second place by Toni Sbert in Laser 4.7, the third place by Maxi Domínguez in disabled sailing and the victory of January Sails, of Gabriel Català, in the cruising category.
